Electrical junction box?

I'm by no means an electrical expert. But, I understand the concept.

I'm planning to add a winch and 4 aux lights. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Guessing some sort of junction box would make things organized and simple? Thanks
 
The winch you'll need to just wire up to your battery but, for your lights, here's a solution I went with, the Off Road Engineering switch system. Mine cost me about $350 to have custom made, was programed the way I wanted, has a panel that can be mounted just about anywhere and in my opinion, was a better solution all the way around. Wired HDH is pretty sweet, I am ordering one as soon as I return home in 2 weeks and making my own relay box for it.
 
I would go with the Off Road Engineering one if I were you. I may or may not get it or I may build one myself.
