Electric door connections

Hey all, just wondering if anyone has a tip on a grease/lube to use on the door connections to make removing them a little easier. I take my doors off frequently but this year they seem to get harder and harder to disconnect for some reason. My first thought is dielectric grease, but wanted to check with y'all to see if theres something else.

Nothing wrong with dielectric Grace perfect application for or use silicone grease.
