Not that I could find in 3 inch. I did find shorter black ones but I did want to add issues of fitment and just followed what the rest of the guys here did.

Couldn't one just run a standard lug nut? The type that the stud just threads through and not capped like those?

You could, but everyone says the longer ones are nicer and you can get a socket on easier without damaging the wheel.
