Rippin Lipz New member Jun 3, 2014 #1 So I purchased a new Dynatrac Diff Cover and installed it today. I got all the bolts in, snugged them down, then began to torque them to 25 ft lbs. I got all the way to the bottom and…..snap. Every bolt is in except one. Not sure what to do.

olram30 Not That Kind of Engineer Jun 3, 2014 #3 buy a broken bolt extractor set. is the rtv dry? any leaks?
ttfhell New member Jun 3, 2014 #4 Drill it out with the removal bit and buy a replacement. The gasket should be good enough to hold when you do it.
