I don't know if warranty would cover such a thing. Being that there are a lot of Aev lifted Jeeps sold at the dealers with 2.5" lift. But if not and you don't want to upgrade yet. I have the stocker from my 2014 with about 450 miles on it before my lift went on. Not sure where your located but we could probably work out a good deal in your favor for it.

If you mean that grease is spitting out from the CV boot at the output shaft, yes, your time is almost up and you will need to be replacing it soon.... very soon.

The joint into the front diff. I figured it's failing. No big deal what's a good front drive shaft
The front pion seal. That's where the leak is coming from. Are you talking about the front pinion seal? Or the drive shaft?

Are you sure it's the pinion seal? Are you running an aftermarket drive shaft with a dust shield?
Factory shaft. The leak is coming where the diff connects to the drive shaft. I noticed it after I was flexing on some rocks.
Got it, sounds like a pinion seal leak. Have you regeared?
Nope still factory gears
If you have factory gears and driveshaft why not try to get it fixed under warranty?
