Does anyone know what this is?

I've looked for a good thirty minutes in the engine bay trying to see if something is loose or if I see where it might have gotten loose from but no joy...
 
My best guess is that loop holds some wires. I have spent a lot of time in my engine bay and I can't recall anything looking like that. It looks oddly clean at least for any bolt in my jeep.

Yeah a friend of mine looked around in his Mojave and didn't find anything either. Guess I will just save it and worry if more bolts start falling off. On another note, fuck that engine bay is cramped. It's hard to look at anything in there without starting to dismantle stuff...
 
A large rodent carried this into your Jeep engine bay from another vehicle. The other vehicle is likely a Lamborghini or something like that.
