Yup. You can replace the platinum burners for some cheap eBay LEDs as well.

Most of the cheap led's seem to not last long in the review....

I just had a buddy who is into the whole "underglow leds on lifted trucks" put a couple of those strips in each fender. I have to say it is extremely bright.
