DIY Garage in San Diego area

Anyone know of DIY in the San Diego area? There used to be one in North County but I think they closed. I have a couple of things that need fixing but I live in an apartment and do not have a garage (let alone park barely in my neighborhood) to work out of. I'm trying to do the little things myself and keep some of my money. Any suggestions would be great.

Only one I knew of was in Escondido but not sure they are still even there.
