when I am driving in my jeep, I notice in the shifter lights up if I am in 2 h or 2l I am in and notice the light going out there anything I can do to fix that? I have a 2018 jeep Wrangler

right above the steering wheel you have your rpm gauge and right to that it tells you what gear you are in, I am in 2h, and has I am driving I can see my 2h light dimming out from time to time, is there a bulb or fuse to fix that?

Can you be more specific about the Jeep model you have? Does it have a color LCD dash panel which displays speed, off road pages, oil life, and other stuff, or is it somehow more primitive which uses a bulb? You did imply (via you user name) that this is a JL rather than a JK, although they did still make some JKs in 2018.
Does anything strange happen with the 4WD indication if you use the shifter to change into 4WD and back while driving?

jl with the 2.0l 2018 LCD dash panel nothing happens when I shift into another gear I think maybe because I have 2h on all the time. maybe the bulb is burning out

Once again, what happens when you go into 4WD and then back to 2WD? It may be that your transfer case is on the brink of changing positions. There is a switch to detect what position the transfer case is in since it is a mechanical mechanism.
My JL does not seem to have and "bulbs" inside. It is all LCD panels and LEDs.
Are you able to provide a photo of the part of the dash where this is happening?
