Dana 60 front sterling 10.5 rear

I have been acquiring some parts for my axle swap. Going to do the rear first and probably run spacer adapters for the front for a little bit. My goal is to have them both done by September 18th Catskills jeep jamboree.
For the rear parts I have 5:13 gears master install kit, dana 70 shoulder ring gear bolts, crush sleeve eliminator, and RK lower control arm mounts. I have been waiting 4 weeks for blue torch fab axle truss diff cover about ready to look for other options. I need something to mount the RK 3rd link mount to. I will be ordering the ARB locker within the next couple weeks. Then drop my hubs to machine shop for the dynatrac tone rings to be fitted.
The front dana 60 I'm not sure my plan of attack yet. I have two axles one out of a 2002 f-350 and the other out of a 2002 f-550. The 550 gives me a little more room on the driver side axle tube but it would require me to run spacers on the back for the right track width.

This shows how much room on the f-550 dana 60

Wow how wide is that f550 axle? I am running the same f350 axle on the front of my jk. It's not easy to get the brackets to work but it can be done. You will have to weld to the pumpkin so it will need to be preheated and done right, I enlisted the help of a friend for this. If you decide to use the axle you will want to make some additional mods to the steering to make the most of it. As far as the sterling goes you may have clearance issues with the stock fuel tank in a 4 door (on my phone not sure if 2dr or 4dr) it will require you to stretch the rear about 2" to get it to fit.

Feel free to PM me with any questions I'd be glad to help in any way I can

Thanks for the info. The 550 is about 3" wider total. It's a 2dr I will be stretching the rear I'm up in the air till the day I place the order 3" or 8". I have 3 buddies that are certified welders I will be taking everything on and they will burn it on.
You will probably be getting some PM from me.
