If anyone is interested im posting daily pics of my holiday and trip to SMORR. Not much to do at the cabin so I'm starting a thread about my Wayalife. Please excuse my grammar I'm enjoying a few beers tonight.

Left Tulsa, OK. Today and drove up to Lebanon Mo to our family's trout cabin in Bennet Springs State Park. My wife's grandad built the cabin in 1968, he was able to buy land inside the state park before the state owned it all. Pretty to cool to have a place inside the park. There is a spring that feeds the stream, the state stocks the stream daily during the fishing season. The fish hatchery is onsite and they raise rainbow from the fry.

Pics of the spring and stream, it's flows 100 million gallons a day. Divers have been down to 100' so far but the state has not let anyone go further.

Pics of the cabin. I was lucky enough to restore the cabin with my father in law, pretty cool to work with him and follow the footsteps of his dad.

More pics Friday. The pics from SMORR off-road park will be the best. They throw on an awesome 3 day event during and after Thanksgiving. My wife's cousin is on the way to the cabin right now. They are from St. Louis. They have a sweet JKU, always looking forward to wheeling with them.

Man, that is awesome! I never spent much time in your part of the country, but what a beautiful setup.

Happy Holiday Season,
