Cutting bumper

I have this rugged ridge stubby bumper. I want to mount a warn 8274. The mount I need to buy will need to go where the existing holes are but the front will need to be cut. What's the best tool to cut this metal? The mount would extend about an inch from the rest of the bumper, think this would cause any issues? Warn makes a stubby with mount which would be my second option if I unable to cut this bumper.

I would use a sawzall or cut off wheel on an angle grinder.
