Caught the Bug
Let this be a great reminder to always do a once over before a trip.

While getting ready to take a 2 hour drive to Dallas for the weekend I decided to a quick once over of my front end as I hadn’t in a few weeks. Found my hydro assist/raised track bar mount torn half off the axle! Sure glad I saw this before I was away from home and it ripped completely off!

I drove back from Tahoe to Seattle with my track bar mount broken off the weld...I felt a dead spot in my steering...I pulled over to check all the bolts and the track bar mount would seat itself where the weld was...I couldn’t tell the weld had broken

That’s incredible that you were able to drive that far. I moved mine without a track bar one time and had a hard time turning at all. And even this break the steering already feels sloppy
