I have had plenty of people I work with that would like to try to do something local. Just throwing this out as an invite to anyone in the area that would like to do a Sunday FUNDAY run to Cow Mountain on the 29th this month. Let me know.

its pretty fun trail 9 is a little skinny, so dont mind a couple scratches but we had a blast. spend a couple hours and play around.
