Control arm ideas?

Hey guys, I recently installed a 4” lift on my 2004 Wrangler with adjustable upper and lower control arms for both the front and the rear. I currently am running with a T-case drop of 1.5”. Planning on going to a SYE in a few weeks. Does any body have recommendations on lengths for both the uppers and lowers along with what my caster should be best set at?

Currently have
lower front and rears: 16.25”
Upper front:15.5”
Upper rear:14.25
