I have had my jeep for a couple years now and I have been told a good bit to make a build thread so here it is. Here is my starting point a 2007 Rubicon Unlimited. It had a 3.5" Rough Country lift on it and 35 Mickey Thompson ATZs on a 17 Mickey Thompson SideBitter. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425400152.292930.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425400177.037178.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425400211.685030.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425400235.347810.jpg

First thing I did was get a Poison Spyder BFH Comp Stinger and BFH skid, Warn Zeon 10-S, Poison Spyder Steel Crusher Flares front and rear and the fronts narrow, Poison Spyder body armor, Poison Spyder body mounted Rocker Knockers and lastly a Poison Spyder RockBrawler rear bumper with carrier.

Ok so here is just the very beginning im hoping to get everyone up to the present by the end of tonight, there is still a ton more to go. Its taking me a good amount of time getting all the pictures together into one place.

That's a really nice looking Jeep you built can't wait to see more or maybe it in action.

Thanks man. Im hoping to being all caught up the the present tonight and I will defiantly make sure to add some wheeling in there along the way.

Well after I got all this work done I was itching to get it out and do some wheeling so here is some pictures from the first time it saw dirt. Please dont pay attention to the windshield banner that was a regret lol.

When I got the jeep the tires were pretty much done so I got a set of Mickey Thompson Baja Claw TTC Radials in a 315/70. I quickly regretted not putting 37s under it instead of another set of 35s. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425405320.748288.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425405355.190787.jpg
Still much more to come...

Yay! Finally the Grubbicon has a build thread! I have a feeling this thread will quickly blow up...

Really nice Jeep and name! I have said it many times before, I don't normally like aftermarket fenders on the JK, but I seriously would consider getting those!

Good to see where this beast got its start!
Yeah man its about time I get around to making this thread.

Yup finally you and Will wouldn't leave it alone so here it is and who knows we will see.

Sometimes I kinda wish I would of cut the stock ones but then I have those moments where I get into things with mine and it makes me love what I have.

What a nice jeep! Love the color matching rockers
Thanks you sadly they are starting to look not so nice lol

Well after running those tires for a few thousand miles I said it had to have 37s so I robbed my dads spare set of 37s for his TJ. They are the old style MTR on a 15" Trail Ready Beadlock. A 1.25" TeraFlex body lift was also added at this time because the Rough Country lift was having some serious sagging problems. I also put some rock lights on the front using the Wayalife write up. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425412294.169293.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425412388.130987.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425412585.948663.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425412412.717774.jpg

After some time I added the Poison Spyder B-Pillar armor to help finish off the body armor. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425412499.970729.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425412529.200656.jpg

Here is random wheeling pictures from the jeep around this time with it up to this point. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425413779.327391.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425413814.912176.jpg Here is the first and last time I decide to play in mud. This is a mud pit in my friends backyard that has claimed many trucks and I decided I would prove to them the jeep and can do it. Well I creeped through it the first time and got cocky and this happened. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425413895.212927.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425413942.381930.jpgHere is a picture from the day me and my dad stacked on my brother (GR8WHITE on the forums)ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425413987.938917.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425414282.090144.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425414308.533887.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425414335.959797.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425414369.296809.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425414393.083679.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425414439.375502.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425414487.205512.jpg

Well after a bunch of wheeling with the Rough Country lift the age on it was start to show so it was time for drastic change. So I ordered a Rock Krawler 5.5" xFactor Long Arm with some King 2.0 shocks meant for a lift 6 inches and up (anyone that knows what the actual length for these are please let me know I think they would be considered 12" but I don't actually know). With this lift came some 1310 Tom Woods driveshafts (wish I would of done beefier all though I don't have a reason for that yet). Here also came PSC ram assist which was wanted before I even went to 37s. With this lift I also moved to some 17" Spyderlocks and 40" MTRKs. I also got a Poison Spyder hood louver to go on. Im sure am forgetting something in this lift process I will add them later if I notice.

After I ordered all of this the next time I went wheeling I broke the track bar mount off the frame... THANKS ROUGH COUNTRY for the drop bracket. Well I got it ratcheted back half ass to get me off the trail and trying to avoid more damage. Its nice to have a dad that has a tow company lol. I drove it down the side of the interstate for a few hours waiting to meet up with him to catch a ride the rest of the way home.

Well when this broke I decided the jeep will just sit aside for awhile until it was time to do the lift any every thing. Not long after here came the parts for the lift and the jeep over to my friends shop. Wish I had the pictures of it picked up on the front but I cant find them. Here come some pictures from the first day I was able to drive it in close to 4 months. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425417094.478293.jpg ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425417035.669549.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425417145.523603.jpg

Here comes some from the first time it saw dirt on the 40s. (Sorry for my friend pissing in the background)ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425417312.522916.jpg
Here is the picture that was taken right before the rear driver fell in that hole and the jeep decided there would be a good place for a nap on its side. I can't believe no one got a picture of me on my side but the only thing that happened was some scratches and tiny dents in the rear corner. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425417373.900173.jpg

Well after messing around near the house to make sure there was no problems with all the work it was time to go to Choccoloco Mountain to really test it out. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425418531.582115.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425418563.838007.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425418596.021463.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425418665.529224.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425418695.888402.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425418715.259294.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425418755.115499.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425418780.232749.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425418821.274314.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425418842.030219.jpg
After that day and no problems I soon decided I had to go back to the trail I broke on and finish it. Figured id give credit to Connor or jango on the forum for most of these next pictures. The next big mod to come was the Poison Spyder Sport Cage. I have the the C-Pillar to weld in but to this day I still haven't them in yet.

ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425420171.085285.jpg

After the cage I got a great deal on a 12" Rough Country flood and spot combo Light bar that I just couldn't pass up. Also along the way somewhere I put rock lights on the rear and I forgot to mention it. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425420384.052316.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425420412.935034.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425420466.980424.jpg

Trevor or Thardy as most of yall probably know him as made me some GRUBBICON stickers thanks a lot for them again man.
ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425420245.929194.jpg

Getting closer to the present now the other day I got some Rough Country Lower Control Arm skids and Synergy C Gussets. I also got some hockey pucks to fix my bump stop problems so I can take off the body lift. I took the carrier off my jeep because I was tired of hearing the rattle of the Poison Spyder RockBrawler carrier. I was trying to decide whether to run spare less or just what to do about a spare as you will see later I got a different carrier. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425420516.636364.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425420532.195214.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425420561.793382.jpg
Here is also the first lower control arm skid welded on. I haven't put he other side on yet because I have to make my own mount for the ram assist because the mount gets into the way of where the skid will be. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425420590.879851.jpg

Now here we are to today. I mentioned that the carrier was getting changed well today the new one showed up. I got the EVO carrier and EVO corners I also have the EVO rear fascia and d-ring mounts coming but haven't showed up yet. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425420819.279396.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425420826.889546.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1425420835.725269.jpg

Well everyone I have you all the way up to today. These are all the major things that have happened to the jeep up to today I hope to get into more detail as things go on. If there is any questions on what is happening or has happened I will be glad to answer them.
