Code scanner in LA area to use?

Looking to see if anybody near Westwood (90024) has a code scanner I could use to check for a code. My check engine light came on last night and I'm the type of guy that doesn't like to touch my Jeep until I know what the problem is. If anybody could help, I'd be willing to bring a 6 pack of your choice with me

there's an ignition sequance you can do that will reveal CEL codes. (JK) place the ignition in on, the PUSH the key inward to "unlock" the ignition cylinder, go: off,on,off,on, off and then on againe. the codes will pop up in the odometer reading and display "------" then the codes, and then "-done-" hope that helps!

Did the sequence and came up with P0406. Google turned up " P0406 - Egr Position Sensor Circuit High". Not familiar with the egr. Is this serious? Is this something I need to replace yesterday? Or will I be ok with occasional short drives for a few more weeks? Any help is appreciated

could be simply the sensor, or the EGR Valve. Anytime I get a CEL I tend to fix the issue sooner than later bc newer cars tend to be "smart" and adjust parameters to compensate or protect the fault, which could lead to more issues.
