GCM 2 New member Dec 19, 2013 #2 Foaming tire clearer works the easiest for heavy stains. Spray on, wipe evenly throughout. You can also use turtle wax ice cleaner for interior/exterior and plastics, it's a little less greasy and takes more to soak the material.
