Chrome mirror & handles covers

Does someone know how to remove those covers,

Those are covers that install with double sided tape. If you pull hard enough they should come off but may break in the process.

Ok thanks , is it easier if I heat them with a heatgun before to pull them off?

Yes. A heat gun will make it easier.
