Hi guys,New here so if I posted on the wrong place or anything please let me know.
Anyway I got a check engine light P0520,
So I called up the dealer and they told me that my warranty just expired few miles ago, now ill be out of pocket,
I know I read about it here somewhere but ill give it a shot still...
Code is for Oil pressure sensor switch if not mistaken but had just a couple of questions.
1. I do not see an oil leak anywhere near bell housing or the top area under manifold or i cant spot any.
2. I tried clearing codes and if im not mistaken when it comes back (twice now) thinking it really has to be replaced.
3. what I do not know is if I do replace the *Oil pressure sensor switch* is it best that I also replace the *Oil filter adapter housing* even without an oil leak just to be sure since it will be opened all up already, or those do not really break and just got a bad sensor?
I just turned 65k Btw
Info and advice would be very much appreciated.
Thanks
