bullydog update agent error?

Hello,

I am trying to update my new bullydog GT for Jeep (40440) by using their update agent , When I downloaded the setup file from http://www.bullydog.com/updateagent.php and installed it , I got this erorr "Application cannot be started"

please assist, I contacted BD support but no luck!

Jeep JK 2012
Windows 8.1 64 bit

You're going to need tech support from BD. Hours are from (I think) 8-5pm. I installed mine this weekend and had no trouble with it.
