I have a Wrangler Grizzly 2003 model 4 l I recently changed the rotars, pads, sliders and ever since i have had problems withthe front breaks sticking on. I can drive ok for a while but when brakes get hot they beging to stick. At this point i note too that the pedal becomes quite firm. Once it cools down i can drive it again.
I have replaced the brake hoses and still the problem persists. I am wondering now if i have master cylinder issues or could it be calipers? Calipers seem to work fine slders are new and ok and pushimg pads back is quite wasy. However, i remember when changing the rotars pushing pistons back was very difficult and i had to use a G clamp
Any help is gratley appreciated. I am based in the UK
