Boeing Phantom Badger - An Osprey-Deployed Jeep

I just saw on Jalopnik that Boeing is working on what looks like a badass mini-hummer or over glorified side-by-side called the Phantom Badger. These are being designed for specific use with the Osprey. Check it out...

By all accounts, it looks like it'll be more of an old Willys size vehicle and all I can say is that I'd love to give it a spin

Saw this thing on Facebook today.. I bet it is VERY small in person!

They should build it like a transformer that extends it's wheels out and lifts up after it's deployed out of the Osprey.. Looks like it would be safer and better able to traverse more than just a road. The pic shows it belly only what looks to be a foot of the ground, not much in the way of clearance.

It has to be tiny, the osprey is little and can't hold much
