what is the average cost of sleeving and gusseting a d 44 front axle for a jkur ? I am talking about an empty new housing , then to have all the guts installed into it
 
the cost is going to depend on the shop you use.every shop has different hourly rates.and the stealership is more than likely going to cost the most.just shop around your area talk to the locals about the shops they use.

As mentioned, the prices will vary but, I might recommend that you just gusset up your C's and not sleeve it. I would instead use the money you save to help pay for a set of new chromoly shafts with full circle clips. Of course, if you plan on installing something like an ARB, you'll need to get a set of 35 spline shafts (a very good thing) and you won't be able to install sleeves.
