Back-Up Lights

I want to get the the EVO MFG Rear Corner Skins for my JK, which means I'll have to take out my back tailights and replace them with the ones I can buy with the skins. Do I need to buy back up lights to go on my jeep, do I really need them? I don't know If the ones that come with them have back up lights, but they have turn lights

I used a cheap set of fog lights from Walmart as my back up lights. Most states require them. Also your going to need to wire in a tag light.
