AS A REMINDER : This is What the 8th Slot is All About

It has come to my attention that many of you are unaware of what the 8th Slot is all about. And so, I thought I'd start this thread to remind you of what is stated in it's description:

"This is a virtual saloon, tavern, bar, pub or whatever you like to call your favorite watering hole. Here, members can discuss their favorite libations as well as just about anything else you might talk about with friends, unrelated to Jeeps and in an adult establishment. Of course, the key word here is "adult" as in "R-Rated" and potentially with foul language. If you get offended easily, I might recommend that you exercise some personal restraint and refrain from visiting this sub-forum."

In other words, if a type of discussion or language offends you, political or otherwise, please STAY OUT OF THOSE THREADS and/or this SUB-FORUM. It really is as simple as that. I can assure you that ALL the other sub-forums on WAYALIFE has a strong focus on anything and everything Jeep and that you'll find them to be quite informative and enjoyable.

I just wanted to note that I updated the description to include "topics". Although I think it should have been inferred, I just wanted to clarify it as it wasn't specifically stated. This is how it reads now...

Discovered the 8th Slot yesterday when I was trying to find the appropriate place for my Carson City questions. Guess I need to explore the site a little more than just clowning around on the random intardnet thread.😉

I’ve yet to see any intolerance when it comes to the political system, though there might seem to be a slight Conservative lean.🤷‍♂️
I’m pretty sure most of us would enjoy each other’s company around the campfire sipping on bourbon.🥃
 
I am posting the following screen shot from my phone because I was contacted by a member who expressed concern that he didn't know where the 8th Slot was and or to know if a thread was posted in it and was afraid that he might accidentally post something inappropriate in a thread that wasn't in it.

That said, please take note of the yellow circle in the image below...
