Artec JKU Slider

Does anyone have an opinion on these sliders. Someone is selling a local set never used for $600 they originally retail for $1,300. I was thinking about the EVO Bombers new for $740. Just not sure what makes the Artec ones so expensive are they that much better?

I can’t speak for their sliders specifically but I’ve always been impressed with Artec’s quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to run their stuff. But having said that, I personally prefer a slider welded to the frame.

I thought about welding sliders but then I would have to have some else do it. I’m looking for a project I can do plus I haven’t done anything so serious that I need anything welded on....hopefully.
