It's happened to me twice on my 13'. After several attempts, a few choice words and some key juggling it opens.

I've locked mine a few times with no problems. I don't lock it often though.

I use my locks on my console and glove almost everyday and so far it hasn't given me any trouble. (knocking on wood)
