I have seen this problem once before. It involved a night of heavy drinking. Picture below.

I had the same issue. It went away shortly after I fucked off.

I suggest trying that. Seems to have positive results.

Just drain the oil out and don't refill. No oil = no hot oil. Hope this helps.
