Alcatraz is a great place to check out. We were there a few years ago, weather wasn't nearly as nice as what it appears you had!
 
I've always been amazed by this place, creepy and very cool at the same time. Thanks for the share Chris, it's looks like a great trip.
 
They were doing night tours for a while (maybe they still do them). I bet that would make it extra creepy!
 
I think the night tour would be spooky fun, but daytime for sure to see the detail, get pics and take it all in! Great pics BTW :thumb:
