Aftermarket Fans

Anyone upgrade their stock radiator fan with an aftermarket one? If so, was there any increase with cooling? Brand, model?

I'm looking at replacing my fan with a Lincoln Mk VIII fan. It's supposed to churn out 5000 cfm. It was 110' today in S.cali.
