Add power doors

I have a 2007 jeep jk 4 door. I picked up doors from a jeep that had full power windows and locks. I am trying to hook these to my jeep. Is there away I can use them.

Anything is possible....easiest route will always be the most expensive. You'll need the wiring harness for the doors, because the non-power doors harness won't have wires for doors/windows. You'll need the switch panels for the window controls. You can probably get away without wiring a switch panel for the back doors and just use the front window controls.

My guess is that you'll also need to install the fuses and then have the computer flashed
