A question from a friend who just bought a jk

I wanna get a 2.5" RC coil lift with the 2.2 Series shocks, 285/70/R17s. Question number one...can I fjt them on my stock 17" rims...and if so will I need wheel spacers?

I have the same lift. I run 35's and yes I use 1.5" spacers. Only rubbing I get is from the rear stock flare when discoed.
Not discoed in the pic though.

Thanks! knew tires would fit but wasnt sure about spacers. I guess anything 12.5 you do need them. My bad!

Usually it's a problem with the rear swaybar links rubbing the inside of the tire on any flex.
