On the way to work early this morning I heard what sounded like a rock hitting the windshield...Damn! Only my windshield is fine, somehow a passing truck kicked up a rock and it hit the drivers side glass in front of the door mirror, hopefully a one in a million shot that won't repeat! With the 'upgraded' acoustic glass (thin laminated) that the Rubicon X has, the side windows are now subject to stone chips & cracks just as our windshields...
No glass in Arizona, dealer special ordered and hopefully will arrive by EOM. I will install myself when it arrives and take the 'opportunity' to add some additional soundproofing to the door...
