4 WD Indicator Light on dash

When I put my 2008 Jeep JK into 4WD Hi the indicator light on dash does not illuminate. Shouldn't it illuminate. It won't work in 4WD Lo either.:crazyeyes:

Yes sir, it's engaging but I can't remember if it was illuminating years ago when I was in 4WD Hi or Lo or not. Should it illuminate when locked in?

Yes it should illuminate as long as 4wd is engaged.

Thanks. I'm hoping my extended warranty will cover that and then anything the dealership breaks while performing the fix.
