4 to1 low gearing kits

I don't know if anyone has any experience with this but, I want to put a 4 to 1 kit in my Dana 300 transfere case. Teraflex has the Teralow kit. I have read about many people running these kits. The gear clusters are pressed together and I don't know if this an issue. They are also expensive. JB conversions has the Lo Max kit.Their clusters are machined from one piece of steel. I looked at their site and they do many comparisons to Teralow and Atlas. I would expect any company to say their kit is best but it does sound really nice. It is also quite a bit less expensive. Price isn't a huge issue as I want what is best. What say you ? Thanks

I had a teraflex 4 to 1 in my 2000 TJ worked great. Bought the jeep with it. Had been been installed for years very good, trouble free etc

There are some known weak spots on the d300 case. There used to be a bolt on brace kit for it to strengthen the spot by the bottom cover. Also, iirc , the gear set requires you machine the case for it to fit in as the one gear is a lot larger. Atlas is also way stronger.

I bought a used Rubicon transfer case that had 12k miles on it.

100% bolt-in replacement and works awesome!

I ran a d300 with I believe a JB 4-1 behind an amc 360 turning 44 inch tires. Never gave me problems besides always having a leak. Leaks are common with Dana 300s I hear.
