4.88 or 5.13 gears on 37 inch tires for rock crawling?
since you have a '13 i would do 5.13 like eddie posted about before. it will really help your crawl ratio. i will post the thread about it in a second

I agree, and I just installed 4.88s. Hind site is 20:20.
Does OP have Sport or JK. A transfer case makes a much more significant difference than diff ratios.

Which Dana Rear End is on the 2013 Rubicon? It looks like the 44.
With the exception of a handful of early 2007 2-door JK's, all other JK's do in fact have Dana 44 rear axles. However, there is a difference between the Rubicon Dana 44 and a Sport/Sahara/X model Dana 44. The later will have shafts that only have 30 splines but, will have the benefit of having equal length shafts. Rubicon's have 32-spline shafts but have a driver side and passenger side shaft that are of different lengths.
I have 5.13's with 37's on a 2013 rubicon and I love it. I wouldn't go any other way
