3.6L Oil Filter Housing Torque Specs

Replacing the Oilf Filter Housing in the morning and looking for the torque specs for the Filter Housing, Lower Intake Manifold and Plenum bolts. Since all these are ABS plastic I dont want to crack anything

Also the tighting sequence is more important because its plastic.

So is the oil cooler 35 in-lbs or 106 in-lbs. Theres only 5 fasteners on it. As far as I know the definition of a bolt is a nut and a screw, vs just a screw has no nut.
