What's the best hydraulic or urethane 4" bumpstops for a 2017 JKU with 4.5" of lift front and rear?

Well those are kinda two completely different setups. If you want to use foam, just use stock bumps. If you want a bump stop that acts like a shock and adjustable, KING/FOX or the like that are nitrogen charged bumps are the way to go.
