This is my Jeep Build.
For undetermined usage

so i will be starting the build with a 2016 JKU Rubicon w/3.73 Gears, Auto , Black Leather Interior, 430 NAV HU, Alpine, Body Color Hardtop and fender flares

ground up

Duratrac 315/70/17
17X9 Rugged Ridge XHD Gunmetal wheels with black rock rings.
TBD brake upgrade. leaning towards Dynatrac PRogrip

Air raid MXP intake
Aev snorkel
TBD exhaust. Hated the drone in my catback gibson on the 2012
Drake hood pins

OME BP51 remote reservoir internal bypass compression/rebound adjustable
Rock Krawler 2.5 Expedition(X factor with taller rear springs) i will add up to 1" spacer in front to reduce excessive rake.(Im looking to get about 3 inches all around)
sumo springs front and rear(replaces stock white POS), with TBD length axle mount Bump stops and limiting straps) will add Hydraulic Bumpstop if need be.
(i am going to take into consideration the full droop and compression of the axle/shocks to BEST PROTECT THE SHOCKS) no over compression or bearing full weight.
Fox 2.0 ATS stabalizer
Griffin Steering Attenuator
(i would appreciate input as to the best alternative to a new driveshaft, ill let the stock ride it out before replacing both drive shafts. which product, spacer or relocation, give for the most clearance?)

smittybuilt XRC Gen 2 front stubby and rear tire carrier. rear tire carrier will mount HiLift and CB antenna. ( i really like the XRC gen 2 for the four corner hi lift jacking points
Smittybuilt SRC tube side step/rub rails. this isnt king of hammers and im in florida. no rock bouncing. at least not often, if i plan a trip to the rocks, ill get Evo rock sliders.

Molle panel on trunk gate.

Bestop sunrider for hardtop

Front and Rear Grab bars
Passenger front grab bar Ram mount for brick of a cellphone
rearview mirror rear view camera.


alpine type R 12inch (non ported box) powered with decent amp
Viair OBA TBD. 2 on 2 gallon is what im leaning towards. will power horn blaster train horns and airing up

that is it for now!



i will be stacking the mileage as the parts come in. only at 225 miles as of 4/26/2016

once all parts arrive, i will be leaving the jeep in the hands of SOBE Jeeps in South Florida. i will be intimately involved with the suspension setup. confirming bump stop, rubbing, brake lines at flex... no offense they build beautiful machines, but my jeep is headed in a different direction.

Well all I have to show is a stock rubicon with a bestop sun rider and steering attenuator? Nothing to show yet, and going out of town, I plan to use my dslr for photos next week and then write ups on the bestop and steering doohickey

Mope just curious as to why you would start a build thread without anything to build. Well besides the fact that you got called out on it. It's kindve like trying to build a house with only a hammer.

You said you were going to do a build thread with pics and everything! For someone who has a bad ass jeep that can run over speed bumps at 40mph you don't have much to show us.

Well being that it's a brand new jeep and I can't just run to every state to pick up product, you'll have to sit tight would you like me to pull stock images from the intra web

You could start with photo of that steering attenuator or maybe just one of your jeep. I call bullshit that you even have one. Why the fuck would you post stock images from the net.
 
Looks like Jkjouster isn't with us anymore so to prove he has a Jeep I will post a picture of it. Looks like the "attenuator" design team is hard at work.

Sweet mother of God. I'm almost as excited to see this build as I am to get my South African steering attenuator in the mail! :clap2:
