2015 jk unlimited oil leak

Hey guys quick question I noticed oil in my driveway. Looked under Jeep bottom of transmission has engine oil on it and so does skid plate. Looked up top where the oil filter is and I see like a little pool of oil under cover for the oil filter. Any ideas on what the issue is before I take it to a dealer?

Common failure is the oil filter/cooler housing around where you're seeing (mopar 68105583AE). Sadly it has a lot of plastic and tends to crack at the seams. Warranty should cover it.

Awesome thank you it’s certified pre owned warrant and I also have endurance extended warranty so I’m hoping one would cover it

Defiantly the oil cooler. Reference the above link. Glad my write up has gotten a lot of use. That’s why I put some time into it. It’s not a hard job to take on.
