Question the dana 44, is it the complete axel?

Is it an OEM elocker for front or rear or both? Are they new?

Are the gears and locker(s) for Rubicon axles or non-rubi d44 rear and d30 front? I have a 2010 non-rubi and might be interested if they would work on my rig.
