OK, I was changing the oil today and rolling around inspecting as usual and I notice my front drive shaft has some grease coming out of the edge of the boot. The boot is not ripped or torn and it appears that the grease is coming from under the clamp. Should I be concerned about this?
I've read about people having to replace the front drive shaft because of boot failure but to my knowledge it was because the boot ripped and mine seems to be intact.
I only have a 2.5" lift and that's supposed to be OK for the front shaft so I hear. This is the first time its happened and I've put maybe 30,000 on this lift.
Heres a few pics, let me get some input from you guys
