We were out of milk so we decided to head to the store.

After stopping off for a lottery ticket at the border we decided to see the water level at Boca reservoir.


Not good.

Stopped at the Donner memorial.


Haven't been here since I was a kid. Most of the exhibits are closed because a new exhibit hall is opening on June 6th.


Took a short hike down to the cabin memorial.


Those that made it and those that didn't.


Stopped off at Burger Me so we didn't have to eat each other.


Tempting, but for what they are asking I'll try to make my own.

Nice looks like a fun trip. I have a long way home I'll go from my dads from time to time but it only adds about 10 miles to my trek..haha. Love the country up there. The desert is all brown now and a reminder that its going to be hot soon.

Actually I don't wheel at all. Just bootleg illegal milk back to Nevada.

Skins still haven't been done. And I have to say the jeep rides like shit without the extra weight.

That's just crazy! We wanted to go check out the lakes and the recent snow fall. Used that as an excuse to head into Cali and get something we can't get in NV. :yup:
