2.5 rough country suspension lift

I have a 2008 jk with half doors. I'm looking to trade them to full doors however the guy that is willing to trade for them have power windows my jk doesn't have the window switches under the radio. Is there any way to install them??

I have a 2008 jk x murdered out. I already have a 2.5in suspension lift from rough country I will soon put on as well. I also want to do something with my fenders. Maybe bedline them. Any advice or fellow local Jeepers please comment!!
