Unfortunately I bough the Mopar soft top from Quadratec aftermarket, though I am reaching out to them as well.

I know this is 4 months later, but did you ever get a fix for either of these issues? I have both as well and am hoping there's a fix other than a whole new top. My soft top is only 2.5 years old. ~Conan
