I nearly bought this skid system yesterday. Now found this thread.

I’m looking to make the next upgrades to my rig. Lift, tires/wheels, ball joints, flat tube fenders, steering components, and gears are done. I have Rubicon so e-lockers are factory. Planning the next upgrade. I was thinking drive shafts, then skid plates…. I’ve been out of this for a while so...

I am in a rural area and do not know of a drive line shop near me. JE Reel reccomends 1350s for 35” and larger tires. Where does everyone stand on the 1310 vs 1350 these days? I have 37” with the 3.6L and stock Rubicon Dana 44 Prorock.

Looking for U-Joint reccomendations for Rubicon Dana 44 Prorock. No need to replace just yet but going to put back a few as spare. I see the x-Joint from Alloy USA but wasn’t sure if I should go traditional. Hoping you all had some experience and thoughts.

Looking for recommendations and experiences on best driveshaft replacements for 2014 JKUR with 3.5” AEV lift. Currently running stock. This is one of the next items on my list.

Well @TrailHunter leads into my next question. Is the MXT275 sufficient? Or…spend money to get the MXT575?

Comparing the Motorola Midland - MXT575 versus the MXT500. The obvious question is controls on the faceplate vs controls on the handheld. I am leaning towards the MXT575. Opinions? Thoughts? Experience?

I should say that I always carried the CO2 tank for air tools, but with the options in power tools these days….it is unnecessary and a pain to refill.

Now you all have me wanting an onboard air system. Can’t say that i ever really wanted one. I can’t say that I want hookup my CO2 tank to the sway disconnect. Budget just went up. Haha

I’ll see if I can modify them. They are aluminum so I’ll have to get out the spool gun. Tried to do my homework before buying. The only reason I said I could add taller springs is that my lift kit manufacturer, AEV, has taller springs that work with the kit. There a few bolts that get adjusted...
