Finally got around to this mod. Circular saw and plasma for the cuts. Measured returns, cut out and welded on ends, smoothed out with a grinder. Hit ends with bed liner and its now a whole new bumper. Thanks to MOKOS for his fantastic skills. Hated the full width wrap around look especially...

Tons of modding needed to fit this thing. A whole weekend of measuring and cutting but finally got my new Warn Zeon installed in my XHD bumper. This winch is a beast!

Just installed RR rear bumper with tire carrier and Bestop soft doors. Despite what issues many had, bumper and carrier install was a breeze for me. Will prob stubify the bumper this weekend to match the fender lines. Very well built carrier. Nice weather is here in New England!
