Here's the pic. Parts catalog referred to it as a fender. Any help is appreciated. I'm trying to decide if it's a body shop job or something I can do on my own. Knowing I'll need to have the panel painted. Just not sure if there's cutting and welding.

I had the misfortune of ripping my fenders sheet metal on a ranch that caught the edge and peeled it back. How hard is it to replace the sheet metal with aftermarket piece? Is there cutting and welding involved or just bolt on?
