I am in NE Oklahoma it's pretty flat and when Texas sucks and Kansas blows (or vice versa) you tend to get pretty good gas mileage. Normally around 22.5-23.1 mpg.

As a guy that works in the refined oil and lubrication industry, please take this with the utmost respect. And I am not trying to act like a know it all here. DO NOT CHANGE THE VISCOSITY OF THE OIL YOU ARE PUTTING IN YOUR ENGINE. That recommendation is set by the manufacturer for good reason...

Real wood floor? What species of wood? Wife and I are thinking of doing wide planks of Cherry, white oak, and red oak wood floors. The planks would vary in width from 6" to 10"
